What Startup Mastery 3.0 is

Startup Mastery 3.0 is a platform where founders build a startup step by step, the way an experienced co-founder would: from the first idea to product-market fit in new markets.

It feels like having a partner next to you who knows the method, suggests the right next step, remembers what you already said, and never gets in the way. The founder always decides: every suggestion is a draft until you approve it.

is the Startup Mastery methodology: talk to customers before you build, prove that the problem is real, test a minimal product with people who pay, then repeat what works in new markets.

Igor Peer, the founder of the methodology, has used it to guide startups through every stage, from idea to international growth.

The five levels

Every startup climbs the same ladder. Each level opens when the one before it is done.

  1. 1
    Basic
    Shape the idea

The idea: who you are, your team, your competitors and a one-paragraph pitch.

  2. 2
    Bronze
    Build the product

Prestart marketing: customer segments, problems, interviews, a validated problem, the product concept and the business model.

  3. 3
    Silver
    Prove traction

The minimum sellable product: its concept, business model, design, plan, letters of intent and getting ready for investors.

  4. 4
    Gold
    Make the numbers work

First sales: real clients, deals and unit economics, up to local product-market fit.

  5. 5
    Platinum
    Meet investors

Global product-market fit: validating new markets one country at a time.

Frequently asked questions

What is a level?

A level is one stage of the journey: a set of steps that proves one thing about your startup. There are five, Basic, Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum, and each opens when the one before it is done.

What does Basic give me for free?

The whole Basic level (your idea, team, competitors, a one-paragraph pitch and a presentation), your startup page and team. You work on your own with the book summaries; the AI helper opens with the book Lean Innovation 3.0, the code is inside. Your personal AI Co-CEO starts on Bronze, in the platform and in Telegram. No credit card, and Basic stays free forever.

What do the paid levels cost?

Bronze is €250 at launch instead of €500. Silver, Gold and Platinum: price on request, write to us. Prices are in EUR and payments go through Stripe.

Can I get my money back?

Yes, a full refund within 14 days of payment, as long as you have not sent that level for review yet. The review is the service, so once a level is sent for review it can no longer be refunded. Write to us to cancel.

Who checks my levels?

When the CEO completes a level, the AI Co-CEO reviews every step and the Startup Mastery team looks at it, within 24 hours. The next level opens when the review is approved; if something needs work, you get comments on the steps. Mentors confirm local and global product-market fit.

When does the next level open?

Bronze, the first paid level, opens when the team grants you access: request it after Basic, or pick Bronze when you sign up. Each level after that opens when the review of the level before it is approved.

What do investors see?

Nothing until you decide. Your startup is private by default. If you choose “Approved investors only” or “Fully open”, approved investors see your startup card and progress. Your data room opens to an investor only after you grant access and the investor accepts the NDA.

Is my idea safe?

Your startup is private by default: only your team, the mentors you invite, our team and the regional managers of your program see it. Our staff sign in with two-factor authentication, every staff look at your data and every data-room download is logged, and data-room PDFs carry the downloader’s name on every page. We never sell your data.

Does the AI Co-CEO build my startup for me?

No. It suggests the next step and drafts content, but every suggestion is a draft until you approve it. The founder always decides.

What does the personal AI Co-CEO cost?

Personal AI Co-CEO from Bronze: first month included, then €30 per month; your own Claude subscription, Pro ($20) is enough to start. It works in the platform and in Telegram. If your Claude plan reaches its limit, your AI Co-CEO tells you when it continues; only if that happens often does Max ($100) make sense.

How do mentors and investors join?

Free. They apply when signing up, and the Startup Mastery team verifies every mentor and investor before they can work with startups.
