Terms of Use

Last updated 11 October 2026

These terms govern your use of Startup Mastery 3.0, the website and the platform operated by BOBTECH LTD, a company registered in Cyprus (HE 495882), Archbishop Makarios III Ave 240, P. Lordos Center, Block B, Floor 2, Office 206, 3105 Limassol, Cyprus, trading as Startup Mastery ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Startup Mastery 3.0 guides founders through building a startup in five levels, from the first idea to global product-market fit, and connects them with mentors, investors and regional managers. The Basic level is free; Bronze and the higher levels are paid, as described under "Paid levels and payment".

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.
  • Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your password safe and do not share your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account; tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
  • Mentor and investor roles are granted after a review by the Startup Mastery team, which may decline or withdraw them.

Access to the Basic level is free. Bronze and the higher levels are paid. The price of each level is shown on the Pricing page in euros and includes any applicable VAT.

Payment is taken once per level, by card, through our payment provider Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe; we do not see or store card numbers.

A promotional code gives the discount stated with the code. One code can be used per purchase, and a code may have an end date.

You can cancel a paid level and get a full refund within 14 days of payment, as long as you have not yet sent that level for review.

Once you send the level for review, you lose this right, because the review is the service delivered. At checkout you confirm this by ticking a box: "I want to start now and understand that after I send the level for review I can no longer get a refund."

To cancel, write to igor@startup-mastery.com. Refunds go back to the same card through Stripe within 14 days of your request.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction. This does not take away any right you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

You keep all rights to the startup data, documents and other content you put on the platform. You give us a limited licence to store, copy and display that content only as needed to run the platform for you, and only to the people your visibility settings allow. You confirm that you have the right to upload what you upload, and that it does not break anyone else’s rights or the law.

You may enter personal data of other people on the platform, such as your clients’ contact details or a waiting list. For that data you are the controller and we process it on your behalf. This section is our data processing agreement with you (Article 28 of the GDPR).

You confirm that you have a lawful basis to enter that data and that you have informed those people. Before you save a new client or upload a waiting list, the platform asks you to confirm this.

  • We process that data only to provide the platform to you, on your instructions as given through the platform.
  • We keep it confidential, and the people who work on the platform for us are bound to confidentiality.
  • We use only the sub-processors listed in our Privacy Policy, and we tell you before we add a new one through the Privacy Policy.
  • We help you answer requests from those people, such as for access or deletion.
  • We delete it when you delete it, when you delete the startup, or when you close your account.
  • We tell you without undue delay about a personal data breach that affects it.
  • We do not send their names, e-mail addresses or phone numbers to the AI Co-CEO.

You agree not to:

  • break the law, or help anyone else to break it;
  • upload content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive or infringes anyone’s rights;
  • access data you are not allowed to see, or try to get around the platform’s access controls;
  • disrupt or overload the platform, or use automated tools to copy its content;
  • use information about other startups, mentors or investors for any purpose other than the work they shared it for.

Mentors, investors and regional managers act on their own behalf. Their comments, confirmations and decisions are their own, not ours. Nothing on the platform is investment, legal, tax or financial advice, and we do not guarantee any investment, partnership or result. Information a startup shares with you is confidential: use it only to work with that startup, and do not pass it on without the founders’ permission.

If you connect a calendar, we add the deadlines of your tasks to a separate "Startup Mastery" calendar that you can remove at any time in Settings. Keep your private calendar link to yourself: anyone who has it can see those deadlines. We do our best to keep the calendar up to date, but the platform remains the source of truth for your deadlines.

We work to keep the platform available and your data safe, but we provide the platform as it is and as available, without promising that it will always work without interruption or error. We may change, add or remove features. If we stop the service, we will give you reasonable notice and a way to export your data.

You can stop using the platform at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to igor@startup-mastery.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other users or the platform at risk; where possible we will tell you why first.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data or business decisions made on the basis of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

We may update these terms. We publish the new version on this page with a new date and, for significant changes, tell signed-in users before they take effect. If you keep using the platform after that, the new terms apply.
